Where vehicles and people work side by side, collisions are a constant risk. This floor-fixed system clearly defines where each should be, using mild steel posts and three horizontal rails finished in high-visibility yellow.
The standard guardrail stands 1100mm high, with posts typically spaced at 1925mm centers. Shock-absorbing pads sit beneath each post baseplate to help cushion impact before it reaches the floor fixings. Foam gaskets beneath the base rail help stop dirt and debris from collecting at floor level, making the system a practical choice for food distribution and clean manufacturing environments.
